Well, I don't believe they have formally charged him yet so people are going to have to be a little patient here. The investigation is till open. LOL
Just because Fuller is out there crowing for the cameras doesn't mean police or prosecuters are being deceptive.

i dont agree with the cursing, and frankly he looks like a huge douche. But he also has a reputation in the city that im not sure he would be willing to ruin without knowing something.

also I was looking at the crime scene photos and all of the casings are around wills feet. so as we talked about earlier, the shooting was at an extremely close distance which explains the accuracy.

Yeah. All the people in the Half Moon Bar or in their houses that came out AFTER shots were fired. There was one guy walking his dog and admitted he didn't hear/see everything.

I think that the Smith's attorney stated that Hayes went back to or towards his vehicle and the Smiths were at the driver's door Will standing with his back to the Hummer. I think Racquel was between Will and the driver's door.

Read or heard on one of these threads (and I don't know if it is documented fact or speculation) that because Raquel was out there yelling, that Hayes wanted to take her out of the equation, i.e. shut her up.
If true and he just wanted to hurt and not kill her, legs are better than upper torso.
Shooter's beef was with Will as he was driving and the one who "hit and run," not anyone else in the vehicle.
