I could give two shits whether he is charged or not. I didn't say he was my friend. I met him a long time ago playing football. There is more than one report stating that Will was outside of his car during the confrontation.

Pretty well known that Fuller is a sleazeball...

That's not necessarily the truth. There is plenty of civil suits that come out after. See OJ Simpson.
No it is necessarily true. What does oj simpson have to do with a self defense case?

People being sued in civil court after being found not guilty?
Wow, keep up with your own argument.....Im just pointing out that its happened, after being found not guilty.

How are you going to prove self defense after you intentionally ram a vehicle. This is an act of aggression the the part of Hayes. He is then responsible for the escalation as there was no retreat or "cool down" period. So he will have a very difficult time arguing self defense when the first act of aggression and violence was on him.
How would you react if someone intentionally rammed your car with your wife in it? So you cannot really say that Smith was in any way the aggressor. In reality smith was acting in self defense and defense of family.

I'm not real sure why you replied to me, or if you were replying to the thread in general. I have no answers to the questions you posed. I don't believe it was self defense- but I also know that there are probably a lot more details that have yet to come out that will shed a little more light on what exactly went down.

if someone just threatened you and says they have a gun, then walks into/reaches into their vehicle..... what does one assume may happen next? Not saying this is the exact scenario but no1 knows exactly yet.....
Will Smith was one of my favorite Saints all time but there's endless scenarios that could have occurred and if one similar to the one i mentioned did, i could see how you could think your life is at risk in that moment
Hayes does seem to have a track record and an "aggressive" personality
