She is asking why the NFL is being so quiet about what happened. Didn't she see what happened the last time that the Saints won a Super Bowl.NFL overtime rules were changed, our head coach was suspended for a year, and we lost numerous draft picks. Does she think that the NFL cares.Roger Goodell was at the New England game. At first I thought that 2 officials blew that call, until evidence surfaced that showed that it was actually 3. They claim that we got away with a facemask earlier. Correction, that was a near facemask his fingers did not lock onto the facemask but was an almost facemask. But what bothered me the most about everything was, almost an hour after the game. Why was I reading that LeBron James, and Magic Johnson had called the Rams to congratulate them in the Times Picayune. I assume that the Rams had done more for the Lakers than they could have imagined. The last thing that the Lakers wanted was for Anthony Davis to witness that level of success in New Orleans. Sometimes the media knows more than they are allowed to print. So they give us bits and pieces of information, and let us form our own conclusions. Everybody knows how bad the Lakers wants Anthony Davis. If the Pelicans can't keep him, they should make sure that he doesn't end up in Los Angeles. As for as the NFL is concerned, that was as shameful as the Texas A&M debacle. I never thought that I would see the day where they just blatantly cheat you. And then ask you what are you crying about.

It’s politically advantageous for her to criticize the NFL

Davis is going to Boston.

They can't trade for him until the next league year, but that's where he's going.

Why is it advantageous for the atlanta mayor though? Are majority of falcons fans mad the saints got screwed? If so this is news to me.

She’s realizing now how much $$ the city lost out on by people from Nola and the gulf south having absolutely no interest in being in atl.

Saints fans would have traveled in droves to Atl for the game, even if they didn't have tickets. Rams fans can't even fill their own stadium. The NFL doesn't give a shite because people will tune in to watch the SB on TV no matter what teams are playing, but the Saints being in the game would be much better for Atlanta's local businesses, hotels, etc.

My wife and I were making plans to go to Atlanta Feb.3 -6.
My stepson goes to Ga. Tech for engineering so we were going to stay with him view the game at a local haunt and spend a couple days on the Georgia coast with my step daughter in the military. So they lost out on 4 days of my money. Right now I'll take anyone who will stand with us.

Most definitely not. The mayor is alone on that.

Not true. My buds who are Falcons fans still appreciate Brees & think it’s bullshite he had his shot stolen from him by either shitty refs or a manipulated game.

Oh and just to say it Goodell is a soft bitch.

I would love the Atlanta Mayor to sanction a celebrity death match between CSP and RG as a pregame event.

Have it in a nearby venue. It would sell out.

Saints fans would inundate Atlanta and spend big bucks.

Can we just put Goodell in a makeshift Coliseum with Mike the tiger?

PETA would object. LSU has Tiger sanctuary status.

Eating Goodell would be toxic and very hazardous to Mike's health.

I would gleefully watch however.

Lol she’s seeing how much money the city missed out on. In the grand scheme of things Atlanta still going to profit a ton of money next weekend but it could have been a lot more

ATL, their dipshit mayor, and falcon fans can all kiss my arse.

Don't need or want their sympathy or support.

FTF Forever. 28-3. LOL, no trophies, no rings.

If the Saints getting fricked over hurts ATL in any way, I'll take that as the only positive.

I have a feeling this will be one of the lowest rated Super Bowls of recent history. L.A. market doesn’t GAF and everyone hates the patriots.

The Saints and Chiefs were ratings kings. But there is more revenue potential in LA and Boston markets

I'd like to put him in a room with Sean Payton. I bet Sean could kick his arse.
