re: At least McCaffery runs hard on every play

AK total yards: 6164

BTW, for their careers...
Yds/carry: CM - 4.6, AK - 4.9
Yds/rec: CM - 8.4, AK - 8.6
All of this, not to mention AK was significantly cheaper to acquire for his team
Almost seems like...the guy who called him "Nose Ring" is upset about something that isn't his ability to play football...

Sounds like CMC. Cashing out checks in wheelchair lol

One is an elite back, the other is just cashing paychecks.
Both are elite backs. One is way more injury prone than the other.
You people need to quit shitting on AK. He is the LEAST of our concerns.

Honestly, why do you even cheer for the saints? You make an arse out of yourself at every turn and it seems there’s nothing about the franchise you like.

Yep he’s way better than most….

Id rather kamara take it easy at times and be available, than running hard every play, taking more hits and re-injuring himself. He knows when to turn it on
Posted on 9/26/21 at 2:49 pm to moock blackjack
If only Kamara would run hard, right?
Posted on 9/26/21 at 2:50 pm to moock blackjack
AK 41 running hard today

Is the premise of this cryptic OP that Kamara is lacking? His career trajectory right now is the hall of fame. Guy signed a big contract and continued to produce. Kamara is one of the 10 best offensive weapons in all of football and has been for 5 years now.

He isn't close to this. There are plenty of players way more explosive but didn't get the benefit of playing with Brees.

Lol
Kamara has been a productive back with Brees, Bridgewater, Hill & now Winston as QB. Keep tarding it up though.

There are plenty of players in the league who have given their teams 100 yards and a TD every game? Because that’s Kamara’s average over his 63 games.

What part of having the benefit of being in a Sean Payton offense and having Drew Brees didn't you understand?

So him being productive by putting up average numbers with the other qbs is your argument?
There is nothing special about catching an angle route in space being 1 on 1 with a linebacker. That is 100% scheme/coaching. Players like Nyheim Hines would house a lot of the plays yall be calling Kamara the greatest because of.

Your take is terrible. According to you Kamara isn’t close to a top 10 offensive weapon in this league. I’ll make this easy on you.
Name 5 players in the league with more yards from scrimmage since 2017?
Name 5 players in the league with more TDs since 2017?
Name 5 players with more first downs converted since 2017?
You can’t. That’s not a scheme. That’s not brees. That’s a hall of famer who excels in every aspect of the game, including staying healthy and not fumbling. Kamara is the common thread on a team that has won as many games as any team since 2017.

You're a moron if you don't think the qb has any effect on a rb getting goal line touches.
Also you're also a moron if you don't think the scheme has anything to do with a rbs usage in the pass game.
Put it this simple post Kamara numbers with and without Brees and go from there.
Yea like Sproles, Pierre and Reggie didn't produce in the passing game before Kamara.

I’ve never said kamara doesn’t benefit from brees or Payton. Sure he does. But Kamara isn’t sproles or Bush or Pierre. Can you name any player with more TDs or First Downs than Kamara since Kamara entered the league? A single one? Because I believe Kamara is number 1 league wide in both categories. I think he is behind only Henry in most yards from scrimmage since 2017.
You said Kamara isn’t close to a top 10 offensive player. That fines but you are throwing out the guy with more TDs and more 1Ds than anyone else over a 4+ year span.

I honestly don't think you can read. So is your argument that no matter what team or offense he plays for, Kamara would have the same production?

none of those backs produced like Kamara has. Not Ingram, nor Ivory, nor Cadet either. Since you like calling people moron's for not agreeing with you. Please tell me why, if it is all predicated on the "system", has no other RB consistently put up All purpose yardage and Touchdowns at the rate Kamara has. None, not one in 15 years. But keep selling your point I guess. Someone will agree with you if you yell loud enough in today's world.
just to put the icing on the cake. In 4 years and 3 games AK is 2nd all time for the saints in TDs and only 12 away from being the all time leader in TDs scored in the history of the saints. He could very well do that this year. In less than 5 years.
But yeah....system or something.
