I hope Armstead called Thomas, Kamara, Sanders and Jordan a bunch of fricking shitheads personally.

The problem is that Drew has nothing to be accountable for...he stated his opinion and his own teammates threw him under the bus. Frick them.

None of what he said is true.

There is no injustice targeting blacks.

There is no systemic oppression.

This isn’t 1960.

I stopped reading where he says Drew's comments were divisive.

may they all get a job at dunkin donuts without NFL. f this league. the sheeple need to let it crumble.

if college gets like this revenues will drop and ruin AD's. they won't let that happen. NFL has sold out to PC bs.

Again, how was Drew's comments insensitive and dismissive? TA said nothing different other than the fact he's discussed it internally.

He had to say that or he would be the next target for the morons. His post is not one to celebrate are the "right" way to comment, as it does nothing productive.

Problem is he basically just did the same thing as the others. Just in a calmer tone.

He didn't address it internally, because here we are. If he wanted to handle things internally, this tweet wouldn't exist. If he had to make a public declaration, all he needed to say is, "I've spoken with Drew and let him know my thoughts on what he said." Done.

He has every right to go on social media like he did with this tweet, but acting like he handled it "internally" is a joke. He's doing the exact opposite.

He's closer than the others but still not how it should be done.

Except they weren't Terron! As black men in this country, your enemies are hidden inside of political groups and profiteers of your own color. Drew Brees is at the absolute bottom of the list of people you should be mad at. He didn't say anything racist and its content was clear...especially to those who have watched him walk the walk over many years. Be mad...you have that right. Just remember-we aren't your enemy just because we're white!

Yeh, he didn’t do anything internally

He simply talked to Brees before throwing him to the wolves on social media,
