That scumbag Wilbon was going in on the Saints. Saying we are starting to be like the Cowboys

& Kornheiser asked what will they do in the playoffs....Wilbon said lose.

He always talk bad about the Saints. Hate the guy.

Far be it for me to take up for Michael frickin Wilbon, BUT if the Saints would not shite the bed on the road.........we wouldn't have to listen to that dickbag.

Wilbon has always said about the Cowboys "Prove it". They crown em in the preseason, but have proved nothing.

Well, if thats what he is saying, he has a point. If the Saints want to be a legit playoff threat, they'll have to win on the road. Well, prove it. Prove you can.

Chris Carter tells the Cowboys, "Get used to losing".

That will be the Saints if they don't make changes now.

If the Saints win a big game they're not mentioned on PTI, if they lose any game they're one of the first stories...get used to it or don't watch imo.

At least the Saints make the playoffs, unlike the Cowboys.

Saints have shite the bed multiple times on the road this season including getting destroyed by the Seahawks and the lowly Rams. If he were talking about any other team you'd agree with him. If the Falcons were in a similar situation the Saints were in now and made the same argument you were making/complaining about what Wilbon said you'd laugh in their face.

Get some perspective and objectivity.

I don't think it takes objectivity to see that the Saints are not like the Cowboys in most respects.

It would have a lot to do with HOW we are like the cowboys.
Are we perennial underperformers like the Cowboys? No.
Do we fail to make the playoffs year in and year out? No.
Does our owner/GM make terrible decisions with personnel and contracts? No.

Now, are we underperforming this season like the Cowboys? Yes.

You can see how saying "The Saints are like the Cowboys now" is just true enough to piss people off without exactly lying.
