Yeah, I am at a point of extreme outrage fatigue over the kneeling. Every time someone says "nfl players hate america" or "it's racist to disagree with the protests" my brain immediately shuts down and starts thinking about melted cheese. This lawsuit is extremely stupid and I'd love to know the name of the lawyer that took it. Hopefully he's making that guy pay by the hour.

no shite... I realized at a young age that people are going to do shite I don't agree with.

I carried on with my life.

IDK. I've run into people who think Colin Kaepernick is specifically doing this to THEM. You have to think you're pretty damn important to think this is about you.

If this guy wins I would imagine every Browns fan could sue for a refund on season tickets. Nothing more offensive than watching that team

People need to understand this. What the players did in week 3 was a response to what the president said. He called them some sons of bitches. They didn't like it so they proceeded to stake a peaceful protest. They practiced their freedom of speech while the president also practiced his freedom of speech. I'm tired of the bullshite excuse that the players are putting their bodies on the line for us because they can easily quit and go get a different type of job. They chose that life, we didn't make them do shite. I'm also tired of the bullshite excuse that they're disrespecting those who have fought for our freedom. A plethora of veterans have came out and shown their support for the players. I am not a fan of what they chose to protest but I fully respect their decision. I've gotten over it and accepted it, much like the rest of the league has. When Kap did it last year, it set a precedent that it could happen during any game with any player. This fan had to know that before going to this game, or atleast know of the possibility. I feel no sympathy for him at all. And this is coming from a republican who has several family members in the US military.

Trying to sue a sports team for doing something that you don’t agree with is more “un-American” than protesting the anthem.
I personally don’t agree with the protests but this loser’s response truely asinine.
I’m annoyed this became a national headline.

I have nothing against you, but if after 31 years THIS is why you give up your seats, I’m glad they will now at least be going to someone deserving of them.

Dont watch football and if being a good dad means so much to you, don’t let your kids watch it either. Hope this dude burns thousands in attorney fees.
