Former Raiders exec Amy Trask unsurprised by Saints' Dennis Allen drama

Allen’s leadership style continued to rub people the wrong way, being described as “uninspiring” at best and “rude” at worst. As Trask reflected, Allen wasn’t someone even the Raiders’ veteran players were willing to embrace.

I saw this earlier today, and it's revealing of the type of leadership he provides. I work in a big organization, and when you run into a leader like DA, you can bet the ideas shutdown, and the production as well. This is the worse type of personality you can have as a leader of any organization.

look, I don't buy DA as the answer as far as the head coaching job goes but the team hasn't quit on him.

I'm starting to get torn. I never was on board with the guy as the head coach I've called him Doofus Allen multiple times but I'm tired of doing that.

I do think this bullshite with victory formation thing has gone too far and this bitch's opinion means nothing cause we are talking about the Raiders losing arse organization here.

She had similar comments when he was first hired as head coach.

No shite. You could tell this last year. Loomis shoujd have sent him packing last year.

And now it’s being suggested that Lattimore and Kamara are gonna get traded so we can keep him?

Loomis has completely shite the bed.

Saw this a few days ago. Not saying she's wrong but she seems like a pissed off count with an axe to grind.

Said she had 1 overlapping year working with DA in his first year so I make the assumption that she was canned after his hiring and his first year.

She may be widely known in the NFL but I've never hear of she until Sunday.

Besides, anyone who has watched DA in New Orleans for the past 3 years knows he's anything but a mean spirited a-hole. If anything he may need to be more of that because currently he's looks like a weak leader that can not control his players.

Players may not like and respect leaders like she was describing but rarely of ever do they out right disobey and disrespect leaders like she described. On a national stage.

Amy Trask may be more incompetent than Loomis and Lauscha
