Pass. We need to spend that money on defense

I rather not spend several million on a 32 year old RB.

I would say yes if he were coming very cheap for a shot at a Super Bowl. But if that were the case let's be honest, he wouldn't be coming to N.O. at this point.

Going to be really interesting when new England, green bay, or Seattle.

He might just go back to Minny as well... Just cheaper

He will sign with the Cowboys for a song.

They have been flirting for years, he will take less money, and it will prolong his career. It's the ultimate Jerry Jones splash ego move.

The media will cream over the signing and crown their asses.

And then Dak regresses and they go 8-8.

Bookmark this.

BTW, if a team like Green Bay breaks the bank and expects him to be a workhorse, it will fail.

I think it's clear that the Saints need a utility back. He is not that guy. He's better than Hightower but Hightower knows his role and is cheaper.

If we had planned in keeping Hightower I would think this is an upgrade.

Why overpay for Peterson when you can get Leonard Fournette?

We are literally the worst fit for Peterson in the entire league

I think New England could be worse. Belichick likes the committee and uncertainty it takes to gameplan. He would probably sell the media on him all week and then make him inactive on Sunday. That's the ultimate Belichick dick move.

He just orchestrated the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history behind James White, Dion Lewis, Chris Hogan and Danny Amendola. He doesn't need him.

If at 32 AP wants to be the bell cow and go for 2000 yards a season sure

If he is fine rotating in catching, blocking and running by committee trying to get to the SB I think he would be fine here money issue aside.

I would rather Dalvin Cook in this offense honestly

LF running behind the 09 o-line or a better one in 2017 I just couldn't turn down for no other back

NFC East

Cowboys: obviously his first choice
Giants: better than their feature backs. Perkins and (maybe) Rainey complement him
Redskins: Kelley has potential. They could work together in a split backfield
Eagles: Pederson is Andy Reid 2.0. They need to run to set up Wentz instead of vice versa. None of their current backs scare anyone. Mathews is now a never-will-be.

Christ, some of the responses in here. Sometimes I wish Ingram went to another school so this dumb, blind hate would stop.
