Brett Kollmann

Brett noramlly does a good job. I think he overreacts a bit here. However, he does produce some good nuggets (ex 1: Brees missing an open Trequan Smith).

Yes, Brees missed a few throws. Yes, our O-Line didn't play as well as they normally play. But to slag the Defense the way he did, is very lazy.

Anyways, it was a fun watch!

Their plan was to mug the receivers and hope there were no calls, which there wasn't...

Yup just hold the frick out of guys while rushing four or five on speed rushes.

We should have tried running a lot more than we did. I know our average was poor, but with them getting away with holding on all but one or two plays it was the only way we could really combat it (or run more stacked formations with natural picks).

And while the defense played very well for 90% of the game, they folded at the worst moments.

I really thought Latt on Cooper was the wrong call, and it showed at times early and late with Gallup running past Apple, and us not doubling Cooper enough. Latt NEEDS to be on the speed guys. Double the top receiver with Apple and a S/LB. Have Latt erase the speed guy/number 2.

Meanwhile, Ol Jerry literally wanted the Boys to approach the game like it was the Super Bowl.

Be prepared for a letdown. Its coming.

Like when they got a turnover late game in the red zone to set Drew up for a game winning drive?

There's 2 ways to expose Brees

1. Hope the O comes out flat and all 11 of your D players play at their top game

2. Brees doesn't play

That's it. The interior push theory, outside rush theory, fast LBs theory (whoah D. Jones makes a few plays and that's what shuts Brees down). Except the other times we've played against him and had no problems. Along with all the other speedy LBs we've embarrassed on TV. The 2 good CBs theory, none of them have mattered overall.

Like I've said countless times, Brees and the O shite the bed 1-2 times a year. Everytime people think the blueprint has been figured out. Then he goes back to lighting the league up.

When a QB throws for 4-5,000 yards annually for around a decade and in a top 5 offense year in and year out. You don't just discover or expose a weakness in the middle of the season all of a sudden. You just hope they have an off game or your own offense is playing lights out.

It was Dallas' Super Bowl. The way ole Jerry was about in tears after the game really told the story

I give props to Dallas but yeah that was weird. Even one of my Cowboys fans, a co-worker, said he teared up.It's the NFL this isn't David vs Goliath, we lost to the Bucs and barely beat the Browns. We are still a good team, but I hope I don't see Loomis or Mrs. Benson crying after a regular season win, ever.

Can't you people just take your arse whooping like men and stop coming up with excuses and crying.

The Cowboys D was overwhelming and smothered Brees, get over it.

It's the NFL shite happens

He also dropped back to pass like 9 more times than Brees did.

Pointing out that the Cowboys won by three doesn’t mean that their D didn’t kick the Saints’ offense’s arse. They did.

It’s a stat that doesn’t tell the whole story for a variety of reasons. Among them, the Saints had more opportunities to sack Dak.

Thats potentially a valid argument.

That one doesn’t do you any favors. Both QBs had 28 pass attempts. Drew was sacked twice, Dak 7 times. Even if you say all 5 of Daks rushes were scrambles on a passing play, that 7 sacks in 40 drops, vs 2 in 30 for Drew. 17.5% sacks vs 6.67% sacks.
