I was actually more concerned with having to beat the Cheifs in the Super Bowl more than beating the Rams in the playoffs. This game showed me that they are not threatening to us. It’ll make the end of the season more interesting. It also showed Mahomes isn’t on Brees level yet. I think we win out anyway. AND it will shut Shannon Sharpe the hell up about the Chiefs.

we need to be able to drop a game and still get 1 seed that means we need rams to LOSE to SOMEBODYELSE down the stretch

asking us to win 15 straight is a tall order

we need some insurance

just in case

That's an interesting take when one considers that a two-loss Rams are less of a threat to take home field advantage from the Saints.

But, no, yeah, I see your point. mmm-hhmmm . . . yep.

It’s a tall order for them as well, and i think they have a harder remaining schedule than us because of their road games

One is an NFC team with the same record as us (one more win now)

The other is an AFC team

It’s simple. Being happy that the rams won is dumb. It’s like saying your happy that homefueld advantage is no harder to clinch.

This is just like in 09 when we needed the Vikings to lose down the stretch and they finally did...securing the 1st seed for us. We barely were able to beat them in the NFCCG in our house. That 1st seed is just as important this year.

We're beating the Rams home or away. frick it if they get HFA. Just don't let Chicago sneak by and get it.

Yeah the Chiefs are a really good team, but something about them makes me think they'll stumble somewhere in the playoffs.

IMO, the game was the worst of all possible outcomes. Mahomes puts up huge stats, game is a shoot out, Rams win in the end. There is nothing good that came from this game.

The Chiefs had 5 turnovers, 30 penalties for 400 yards, and only lost by 3 lol. They are a good team and would give the Saints a good game.

Good teams don't have 30 penalties for 400 yards and 5 turnovers.

That was two bad teams last night. Not every game every week, but definitely last night.

Mahomes lost them the game IMO....yeah he threw for 6 TDs....but he also gave up a strip sack and score and a pick 6. His defense did enough to win the game, but when you give the other team 2 TD on defense and total of 5 turnovers (3 picks & 2 fumbles), let me repeat that again....5 TURNOVERS, and lose its not a good game.
