How many picks do the Eagles get in this scenario?

Buying at his lowest value is intriguing. It's not like we have a chance at a better prospect. Our surrounding cast is much better so Rodgers could turn things around. The compensation the article suggests is ridiculous though.

Have you SEEN Rodgers play this season?

I’d rather roll with Dalton in ‘23

Have you seen the weapons he has at receiver in GB? He would be unstoppable with kamara/thomas/olave/landry

Absolutely get him if you can

Rodgers, who watched his two best wide receivers leave this past offseason and very little be done to replace their production.

Isn’t that kind of the known risk when you sign such a large deal w 2/3rds of it guaranteed?
And trading him in the off-season would have him count for over 40% of GB’s 2023 cap

If you would take Rogers in a heartbeat for a 2025 First-Round Draft Pick, a 2026 First-Round Draft Pick, a 2023 Third-Round Draft Pick, a 2023 Fourth Round Draft Pick, a 2024 Third-Round Draft Pick, and a 2024 Fourth Round Draft Pick you're an idiot. If we did this is what our draft options would look like for the next 3 years.

2023
Round 2
Round 5
Round 5 (via Philadelphia)
Round 7

2024
Round 1
Round 5
Round 6
Round 6 (via Philadelphia)

2025
Round 2
Round 3
Round 4
Round 5
Round 6

2026
Round 2
Round 3
Round 4
Round 5
Round 6

Two picks above the fifth round in the next two years and only one first-rounder for the next 5 years for a guy who is washed up and, from what I can tell, a cancer in the locker room anytime the team struggles.

Edited to correct 2024 first-round pick being there.

I’d gladly take Rodgers as a free agent. No way I’m giving them that much compensation. Have we not learned anything from the Russell Wilson trade?

Please show me the NFL MVPs Russell Wilson has? Now lets compare that to Rodgers.

Compensation may be extreme but Loomis will waste even more. In the meantime, the sAints get a 5th rounder in 2030 for rights to their former head coach.
