part of playing QB at this level is being able to read defenses and call out blocking assignments. He isn't doing that whatsoever and is incredibly late at seeing the blitz.
We don't have a good QB on roster. If the OLine is as trash as you're making it seem....let the running threat take over and make the defense respect the run more.
