The Buccaneers loaded up the receiver position this year in the event that, like last year, their receivers get injured. Through only one regular-season game, five Buccaneers receivers are injured in advance of a game against the Saints in New Orleans.

Three didn’t practice at all: Russell Gage (hamstring), Chris Godwin (hamstring), and Julio Jones (knee). Two were limited: Mike Evans (calf) and Breshad Perriman (knee).

That leaves the Bucs with two fully healthy receivers on the roster: Jaelon Darden and Scotty Miller.

Also missing practice were tackle Donovan Smith (elbow) and cornerback Zyon McCollum (hamstring). Quarterback Tom Brady got the day off, for rest purposes.

Running back Leonard Fournette (hamstring) and tackle Tristan Wirfs (abdomen) were limited, too.

I would bet my house that all of them will play against the Saints.

Evans is looking for an excuse to dodge Lattimore.

Goodwin may actually be out. He left Sunday night's game in the 2nd quarter with that hamstring injury & was immediately ruled out for the rest of the game.

Evans for sure. It's rare to see a father son duo play in the same game.

The Bucs injury report is highly exaggerated

No way Godwin plays after that hamstring injury.

Julio and Evans are more likely to play, but it sounds like they’re not practicing today so that’s a good sign.

You gonna see another one Sunday. When Mike Thomas takes on his son Mike Thomas IV, aka Carlton Davis. Especially after running his mouth after the 2021 playoff game.

If Godwin doesn’t play and Lattimore can lock down Evans like usual, that bodes well for the Saints.

I worry about Fournette hurting us on passes out of the backfield. They hurt the Saints in that playoff game by dumping it off to backs and tight ends.

Evans will sit out. Will get 0 stats either way…

Maybe Latt will bring him a “get better soon, your daddy” greeting card…

They're just setting up a two way narrative for Brady. The sports media is making a big deal of him being 0-4 against the saints in the regular season as a buccaneer.

Now if he wins, he is super tom because he did it with hurt recievers and if he loses it's because of depleted recievers. So either way tom smells like roses

Godwin being out is the most important to me. He kills the saints.

If one of Julio or evans are out you can basically mark em both gone because lattimore will handle the other.

I didn’t realize that picked up Russell gage. No shortage of weapons for Brady over there.
