Will Clapp sucks dude. I watched every game of his career, any time he faced someone worth a shite he got destroyed.

Was great against cupcakes though.

This pick strikes me of a little bit of hubris: they see raw talent and size, and feel like they can mold him into a solid swing backup, despite his extreme lack of experience.

Definitely a risk here in the 4th, but they obviously have faith in their developmental staff.

He's Zach Strief 2.0

Or Tavon Rooks 2.0, wonder if at least Rick knew he would get drafted.

I honestly shocked he got picked at all. Just, wow. I hope he busts out now that he's out from under the Rick Trickett reign of suck.

Was he responsible for FSU losing 2 QBs last year?

Actually he started 6 games his JR season and 13 his SR season so thats 19. Not 9.

He’s 6’7 with long arms. CSP saw a Zach Strief clone and jumped on it. He ran a 5.19 40 and hit 19 reps on bench. He has some tools to work with.

Former converted d-lineman. We mustve saw something we liked in him.

Allowed 5 sacks, 7 QB hits and 10 other pressures last season

You know it’s bad when you’re in round 4 and ESPN has no info or film on your pick.

The Saints worked him out, so they saw something that they obviously liked!

I do question what they saw in him to take him in the 4th, but just about every negative is something to do with him only being a 4 year football player and only a 2 year OT.

They must feel extremely confident they can coach him up.

This is definitely a “we can mold this guy” pick.

He’s got the size and athleticism. He just doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing.

Big risk.

He went to FSU, they've got tape on him. Just busy with commercials and showing tape delayed picks from stupid locations.

Honestly I would feel better if we went with a safer, low upside player here for this year. Someone you could rely on if they needed to start a game or two.

But I mean if they can coach him up it turns into a very good value pick.

I don't mind the pick but in the 4th round seems borderline incompetent.

This dude has a 7-UDFA grade from the entire media. There is no one who doesn’t have that on him. They could have gotten this cat way later. Huge mistake.

Well frick the media are going to hate it.

I mean don’t you guys think that maybe, just maybe Ireland and Payton may have some more info on this guy than a bunch of guys making 40k a year to write articles. Do you really think the writers are going into massive depth on offensive line prospects in the mid to late rounds?
