Looks can be deceiving. Something is off in his head. Has shown nothing to indicate that he even cares about being a dominating NBA player or a winner. All talk for years. Blah blah blah until proven otherwise.

I didn’t say anything about any of that.

My only comment was this:

that video looks like he's in the best shape he's been in while in the NBA

Not sure that solves the core problem. He may not have 5% of LeBron's inner desire to dominant and win at the age of 40 years old too.

I get it.

But, if he was fat, you'd know the core problem wasn't solved.

It's impossible to know until we see him in uniform on the court. But, based on how he looks in that video, he looks 20 lbs lighter than when he was in his decent shape. I don't think we've ever seen him in good shape.

That’s not cause Zion is in shape he will avoid injuries.
I hope he practice his shooting as well.

Ja Morant has same issue, injury prone like f...

Zion has no PO experience since his NBA draft...
Cannot even know if he will do PO matches with the team at this point.

Let’s worry about Zion’s desire to dominate from 25-30 before we think about 40.

he seems a bit less awkward and uncomfortable which i believe is a good thing. he continues to feel like he's in a better place within himself.

I said he didn't look right when he had that beard and was overweight. He looked super depressed and did not want to be there.

I'll believe it when I see it.
It's crazy that it's the same posters every single year just going all in on quotes from Zion, and doing it again in this thread now.

Revenge season!!!!

you don't need to hear him say anything anymore. He's showing it. Doesn't guarantee he's going to stay healthy but he's doing what he should have been doing the last 5 -6 years now.

Looks like you're still paying some attention.

You have to admit that this season is far more unique than any other season with Z.

Actually it's hitting all the same talking points that it's been hitting the last 3-4 years, including you saying "guys, it's different now!"

Not really. I'm not buying playoff tickets, but to act like this is going to look the same it has for the past several years is simply wrong.

They got rid of all the roadblocks. There's nothing standing in the way of putting the leadership role on him as well as making him the face. It's his team now. There's no sugarcoating it like they did in the past. It's sink or swim time.

So yea... That's a big difference. Doesn't matter if you don't believe in him. That's the role they needed to see from him even if it fails.

Lol at the mental gymnastics here.

"I know what the future looks like and you're 100% wrong!!!"

Did I or did I not call it that you would be back on the narcotic by the offseason when you spent the second half of last season swearing you were done with Zion?

Whose making the mental gymnastics here? I'm just saying the team is going to be different from seasons past, and that I'm not buying into them being a playoff team.

That to you=up hes back on the narcotic. Just fricking chill man. There's nothing we can do about Zion right now. I've always maintained that him staying healthy and getting traded at the deadline is my preference. We're stuck with this dude. Why not be ok with him at least being in shape and excited about new players?
