But Lakers found a way to trade Anthony Davis, I would take anything at this point and if there are no trade takers, just cut our losses, we will be better off without Zion

At the time AD was traded, he was like the 8th best player in the NBA

Get rid of him. Doesn't matter if you can get anything for him or not. Just rid yourself of this worthless player. Greatest bust in Louisiana sports history

This fricker and Gayle have completely killed all enthusiasm I ever had for the NBA. I’ve been watching the Pels consistently since CP3 was drafted. Would not even care if the team got moved at this point.

Darren Rovell
@darrenrovell

Zion Williamson is out another three weeks.

For those scoring at home, he now will have missed more than 55% of games in his career.

He will have been paid $129.9M by the team, meaning the Pelicans had paid him roughly $71.4M while he was on the bench.

Yeah that’s crazy. It’s time for the Zion experiment to end here.

There’s never been a player I’ve hated more from the time he was drafted to the time he will be traded. I don’t care if he averages 20 a game when healthy. He was never going to work here and has made it difficult to be a fan of this franchise. Only reason I hang on year after year is to watch whatever rookies we draft hopefully develop.
