This hurts the Boston deal. Lakers are winning the AD trade war

Well... Celtics just became disinterested... Maybe the Knicks or Nets jump into the fray!

This only helps if a sign and trade is possible with Russell.

If anything doesn't Kyrie signaling he doesn't want to stay put the pressure on Ainge to get Davis? They looked like a bad team last year with Kyrie and could fall down the east without improving.

Sarcasm?

If not, explain please. This has to tilt Kyrie to Nets. Meaning Celtics would be less prone to empty assets on AD.

Meaning Lakers have no more competition. Meaning they have better leverage now

It's more likely to prevent him from giving up quality assets because he realizes the chances of keeping AD without Kyrie are next to non-existent.

Unless Danny thinks he can woo AD next year regardless

Because he believes LAL won’t have cap space in 2020

Hayward/Brown/AD/Horford could also make some noise for a year in the East, especially if Kawhi bolts for LAC
