If they want Ferry, have him hire a black coach or black executives underneath him. I don’t think he’d get much push back but I also think they should totally clean house. Mickey Loomis has always kind of sucked as far as accountability

I just want a complete restart with some competent people.
Keep Ferry as a Special Advisor to the owner or whatever.
But bring in a new Basketball POBO and GM.

To be honest, the GM and coach should stay put until the team knows which path they take. If you take the Knicks package, you won’t be ready to compete for another 2-3 years. I don’t expect any big moves during that time frame.
If you go for Boston’s package, I’d move on from the current staff as the players coming in would be ready to compete.
It all depends on which trade they take in the summer.

They should know that by May 14th though. Maybe the Knicks getting the #2 pick makes it a little less clear.
