Minny doesn't have any picks after 17, and none next year. Dallas has pick 31 after 18, and just has their 2nd next year. Miami sits at 20, and has no other pick in this draft or next years. Miami seems like an easy one to move up to at #20.
If Saddiq Bey or Tyrese Maxey or Nesmith were to fall to 17 or 18, i think you've got to do what you can to get that pick.

If they aren't available, give me Bane, Tyler Bey, or an international guy. I don't want a freshman at #24.

I'd really like Paul Reed with our 2nd round pick.

The Knicks used pick 38 to move up from 27 to 23. If that's any indication of the cost then we probably won't be able to move far without throwing in more capital.
