I admit, I checked out after the GS series but when did he actually get injured? In a game or at practice?

Strained hamstring reaching for a donut that fell off the table.

It’s kind of a mystery to be honest. At least to me.

It's a mystery why a 300 lb dude that plays above the rim, and by all reports, treats his body like shite repeatedly strains both hamstrings?

He got hurt during the Cleve game

He took a foul mid play and then power walked off the floor like a bitch.

He missed basically the entire 2nd Quarter. He randomly came back in the 2nd half and was diving on the floor for loose balls and shite. We lost a semi tight game. Come to find out after the game. He only did all of that bc Theresa Weatherspoon was sitting courtside bc he had begged her to come see him bc he was down in the dumps.

If my memory serves me correctly, he was sore after the game, they did some tests and ruled he had a slightly torn pussy/hamstring. And now he’s out for the season. (Not officially, but probably).

No, that part is self explanatory. But it’s a mystery that he can come back and play in the second half of the Cleveland game, play fairly well, with no noticeable problems, sustain no noticeable injury and then be suddenly out for what will be likely two or three months at least. The poster above me seems to have a plausible account of what may have happened. I’ll go with that.

If only he’d have developed his game beyond ‘drive left and fall to the floor’ all this time he’s been in the league.

Excuse the random thought but Alex Ovechkin is 39 and broke is leg on November 18 and is already back skating and will probably be ready to go in about 3 weeks.

That fatass had like 2 dunks so far. He isn’t playing above the rim much at all.

I'd put that joker on a strict diet and a mandatory 3 day a week supervised Hot Yoga session. He can't get above 255 -260 or he gets his "guaranteed" salary halved for the time he is malingering.

I know guys get hurt and I know these guys tend to run more today and do things physically that guys like Karl Malone and Ewing did not do, but the fact that he is hurt for extended periods every year...or just about is ridiculous. 2 years ago his injuries took what was a very promising season and sent it to the toilet

This might be the most pitiful part of the entire Zion saga

Our star player needs a WNBA player to come build him up in his own head because he eats, trains, and lives like a 9 year old child.
