Agreed. Yes its hard to judge a coach with the injuries but it would be nice that when players are injured- rotations are maximized and in game adjustments are regularly made. With how many injuries we get it would be great to sometimes have a coaching advantage that wins you a game or two even if your less talented than the other team.

Loaded? Other than Lauri, Kessler and sometimes sexton, i don't think they have a single other positive NBA player. Just a mash of young guys and some terrible vets like clarkson and Collins.
They're also trying to actively tank

We were supposedly offering them 2 1sts for Kessler. Collins, Sexton and Clarkson are rotational NBA players. I love their young pieces. They have size and skill, just young and they are featuring their youth.
I'm not even dogging Hardy. It's just a difficult situation, like with Green or even Jenkins last season. Injuries and available players does matter. Fully healthy, I didn't think we were a top 6 seed in the West. Losing this many starters and depth is just a lot to overcome..

I never said Hardy deserved a pass. I was saying their roster isn’t talented- which you stated they were.
We never offered that. Thats what Ainge wanted.
Jenkins basically is on the hot seat too. Injuries don’t excuse the bad coaching. Im ok with losses if right coaching decisions are made. I just haven’t seen that in the games we lost. No in game adjustments, bad rotations and not using timeouts when necessary.

I just don't see Pels replacing Coach Green. If Coach Green is let go Griff goes too. Game management has to improve markedly or this is a fools errand. Coach Green needs a revelation or relinquish those responsibilities. Pels minimum bar is:
A. Hosting and winning playoff series (not play-in game)
B. Competitive second round
