We're down, but not out

2-8.. Not the start everyone thought we would have after such a great preseason, yet here we are...
The bright side is, we are only 5.5 games back of 1st place. Looking at the next 10 games, if we play to even 80% of our potential we should come out of it 5-5, with gaining a good bit of confidence..
On the injury front, things look bleak, however Nelson and staff are just being SUPER precautionary this early in the season. It's not about THIS year, it's about the next 10 years and ensuring our guys are ready for it..
We have a bright future, and we still control our own destiny, although alot of the shine has worn off, we are still a very capable team and should still be fighting for a playoff spot.. Listening to the interviews, these guys know they are not playing a full game and they are taking plays off, heres to hoping they actually start putting that interview effort on the floor..
Oh, and Jrue actually starts making his shots (that's 3 extra wins there)

This team has pretty much been in the thick of every game while only playing to the scheme for 25-30 minutes per game, all while the best player is playing like shite, and the 2nd best is injured...
They can and I believe will turn it around to at least be a 40 win team

Watching the Charlotte game, I was thinking that had it not been for extreme luck in the lottery, this is the team we would be looking at going forward based on the trade of AD. While the future draft picks would give us hope and Ingram is exciting, we still would be quite a ways away. Thank goodness for the lottery luck.

I am actually pleased with the last two games. Get back Ingram and play the style they have played the past 2 games, and cut down on the Got damn turnovers. If we cut down on turnovers we beat a houston team that was on a winning streak and do it without brandon ingram. One of the questions coming into the season was how are they going to use the rotations and I feel like we are starting to figure that part out.

Good god this board needs some positively. This team is going to win some games and be fun to watch. Its just depressing around here when we're losing.

You could flip Jazz and Blazers, but if we play the way this team SHOULD be playing, 6-4 is very possible with an outside chance of flipping our current 2-8 to 8-2
