Green can’t do it. Not sure anyone can, but he definitely can’t.

That's the biggest issue with firing him. I don't know who would be willing to come here that's a better coach

I'm still trying to figure out what are we trying to do on offense. It's like it's changes from night to night and depending on who is out there. There's just no identity in what we are and suppose to be.

We are 1-12 in our last 13 games…against teams resting their starters.

We don’t have an offense. We never have.
It’s just dribble dribble dribble outside the 3 point line, pretend to run some set that doesn’t do anything, never get the ball inside the 3 point line, oh shite there’s 8 10 seconds left, got to do something, someone (BI) is forced to make something happen.

Its the NBA man- not lot of jobs out there. I’m sure there are plenty of good candidates. The reason not to fire him shouldn’t be oh theres no one better. And at this point- if they’re tuning out Willie- a new voice- whoever that is- is something thats needed.

It’s not just Green I want gone, for the first time I feel Griffin should go too.
Seeing teams like OKC makes me wonder what it would be like to have a capable GM with all the assets Griff had.

According to DJM our gameplan sucked. Really interesting post presser by a guy in his second game. You guys should take a listen. Talks about being on time, doing rehab consistently, keeping your body right and competing at a high level. Seems like him and CJ may be the only adults in this organization.

His best quote was I believe him stating how fans have a right to boo this team. They’re spending their hard earned money and we can’t even compete. Really appreciate how this guy gets it.

I don't understand what the expectations are for this team, especially given the circumstances. If you take any other coach, and put them in this situation, we are still losing by large margins. Maybe they do something that can make the games more entertaining, but nobody can or shoukd expect us to win.

I can't think of any other team, where you remove their 2 star players, then almost all their primary rotational guys, then expect them to win. This isn't even accounting for Murray and McCollum just returning from injury or Missi rapidly approaching the rookie wall. It's just too much to overcome.

I don't care if they fire Green (I actually want to replace everyone in the organizational leadership). But let's say that they do. How do they spin in publicly? Unless there is an outright player revolt or Green doing something outrageous/embarrassing, what is the reason?

They’re 4-15 and have lost 12 out 13 games. They got blown out by 30 at home by a depleted raotors team that hadn’t won a road game and was one of the worst teams in the league. There was no effort given. You’re really overthinking this.

The cavs fired bickerstaff and he did a way better job than Green when it came to injuries and nobody was crying about it.

I’m not. Really at this point I’m not going to argue with you why Willie needs to go. At this point if you don’t see it, I don’t know what to say. They’ll get healthy and maybe win some games based off talent advantage but same mistakes will be made that will cost us games. Willie Green does not maximize or even help this team win- healthy or not. There is not one game this season where I felt like Willie outcoached his opponent and despite 49 wins I didn’t feel that last year either. In fact because of Willie we left several other wins on the table last year. There is no offensive system- if you know what Willie’s offensive system is let me know. You won’t realize how bad Willie is until we actually change coaches and see the drastic difference. Just see whats going on with Nets and Cavs- thats ALL coaching.

If you can't see what we run and why it doesn't work there's no point in debating you.
