I know that high school players are able to sign d-league contracts in lieu of college-route, but would they be eligible to sign a two-way contract since there is team control? If possible, I would guess the top-tier prospects wouldn't sign a two-way, but seems it could be an interesting experiment for a lower-rated Top 100 guy.

I've tried searching this board and googling for an answer, but couldn't find anything definitive.

Larry Coon has added 2 new questions to his Salary Cap FAQ about Two-Way Contracts but I didn't see him address the age issue. LINK However, the One and Done rule is still in effect so I'm assuming the answer is no if they don't meet the age requirement. That could change in the future though. Commissioner Silver seems to want the GLeauge to compete with the NCAA and Europe in attracting developmental talent. Maybe when the next CBA negotiations happen the GLeague will be strong enough to kill the One and Done rule.

Thanks for the link looks like it's filled with good info.
Btw, this question popped into my head because of all the Mitchell Robinson drama at WKU.
