Typical ESPN. They have Charlotte-Toronto on instead at 6pm.

It's a scheduling issue. TNT can swap games a lot easier because they start broadcasting at 8pm ET, ESPN starts their nights at 7pm ET. If this were a TNT night it probably would get switched, but it's an ESPN night so Charlotte vs. Toronto is locked in at 7pm ET as the start of the double header.
