We’re about to run into an issue where the team will have to decide between Jose and Dyson. I like Jose but the fact that Dyson gives you elite defense and great rebounding and hes younger with more potential makes me think Jose may be the odd man out. Thats why I didn’t like Dyson taking a backseat to Jose last night according to Willies rotations.

I think that’s most likely who we could go. Naji and Jose very limited and Ryan less likely. Others guaranteed minutes.

Hey man it’s against the Spurs I say we try to go viral

Make sure that Z, BI, Trey, CJ, AND Jonas all get 20 points in one game. That might make the media turn their heads a little bit

that's a good problem to have finally.

Jose is the only true PG on the team. he's going to get his 15-24 minutes a night depending on how the games going. I think it's more Dyson/Naji who are going to be splitting more time.

They need to stop treating Dyson like he's a PG. He's not a PG and that's quite obvious. He's the same player Herb is. He just needs to knock down some open 3's. Dyson does so many things during a game that don't show up on the typcial stat sheet that are conducive to winning. He doesn't need to try to be molded into something he is not. It's ok if he's not the PG of the future, which is what you were hoping for when you drafted him. He can still be a really good NBA player for a very long time as a 3&D guy.

Again I love Jose but not sure if this team is fully healthy he deserves 15-20 minutes a night. I love his makeup and the energy he brings but we have some players that are very good if not at times elite at certain skillsets. Interesting how this will play out.

Not that we needed more confirmation besides Shams, but the Pels Twitter just posted this:

I noticed that too with Dyson. I think he’s really struggling with confidence on offense right now.

But his defense and rebounding is light years ahead of Jose.

Dude Trey actually looks so much bigger and stronger. If he’s improved his handle as well league is actually fricked

Herb will always be in the closing line-up, unless he is hurt or fouled out. He guards the other teams best player.

Jose has only played six games this season, but he's 37% from 3 right now. Jose shot only 29% from deep as a rookie and he was 34% last season, so more improvement is certainly reasonable -- and Jose now shoots 3s with no hesitation whatsoever.

If Jose is going to continue to shoot 37% from 3 this season, then I don't want him going anywhere.

Yeah but have you noticed when hes in the game- the ball moves slower, he’s constantly pounding the ball, not to mention teams are targeting him on defense. Its almost like when he enters our offense hits a snag. He’s dribbling way too much and it’ll be interesting to see if he adapts his game to the flow of our team. We don’t play how we used to anymore- less dribbling, efficient shots, being switchable on defense.

The YOLO lineup we all want to see:

C: Trey
PF: BI
SF: Matt Ryan
SG: Hawk
PG: CJ

Who's stopping them?

Someone has to sit, and if it ain't Herb it's CJ, but that doesn't make a lot of sense either.

Because you know they won't sit BI or Zion, even if it's better of only one closes.

Trigga or JV depending on matchup. The other four will always close.

Just in time to replace Nance's minutes.

Top 10 come playoffs time should be

Zion
BI
CJ
JV
Herb
Dyson
Trey
Naji
Jose
Hawkins

The last three are situational.

Nance and Zeller should play very little.

Still would love to see a trade for a backup big.

I mean if Trey can play serviceable backup 5 when he comes back that essentially makes us the most complete team in the league IMO

I agree.

Still worried about Jokic getting JV in foul trouble and killing the Pelicans in a playoff series.
