they’d have to send out almost 40MM in salary to do that and they don’t have any picks to use. I’ll believe that when I see it

OKC has their 23 1st with protections, they could remove those protections and work something like:
Miami: Galo, Iggy
OKC: Winslow, Leonard (or Waiters), remove pick protection
Memphis: Johnson, DJJ, 25 1st
Miami: Galo, Iggy
