Sucks to be them.
He had rehabbed his value recently and would have been worth the most in trade since either we dealt him or them winning the bubble ring if they moved him. Now he is hurt again.
If/when LeBron starts throwing a hissy, he will shut it down for the year, demand new talent be brought in, and/or demand he be traded.

A month long Toni injury might as well be a 2 month injury, cause is pussy arse won't fight through any pain to get back on the court.

Upcoming month’s schedule for the Lakers
Suns
Kings
Hornets
Mavs
Magic
Heat
Hawks
Hornets
Heat
Hawks
Kings
Nuggets
Macs
Sixers
Rockets
Kings (1/18)
Grizzlies
Blazers
Clippers
Spurs (1/25)
While there are some bad teams in there (Spurs, Hornets, Rockets), they have a good amount of games against teams like the Suns, Nuggets, Kings, etc, who are high in the standings.
They get their shite pushed in and their season may be over before Toni’s yeast infection heals.

Black Sheep "Pass the 40" reference? If so, that track was a banger.

Nice!!! I wore that tape out in high school. I had to buy it twice. It's still in rotation as I only listen to old school.

Let's just look at the next eight games:
@Suns
@Kings
Hornets
@Mavs
@Magic
@Heat
@Hawks
@Hornets
That's one home game in the next eight, and it's harder to win on the road this year in the NBA. When I saw the stat two days ago, the home team had a .613 winning percentage, the highest in 20 years.
The only game the Lakers will be favored in is the Hornets at home.

Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if the hornets manage a split there either. Lamelo is back and the Nuggets just needed a literal Wilt Chamberlain performance from Jokic to knock them off.
Hornets are still bad, don't get me wrong, but Melo, Hayward, Rozier, Plumlee, and Washington can give the Lakers minus AD a tough game.
Heck IMO, on paper, with no AD, I think the Hornets as of yesterday have the better roster
