Someone like Graham could have a season where he turns it around playing off of Zion in the second unit where he's not going to be asked to handle the ball as much and can hit spot up 3's.
excellent point that others have also made but bears repeating. DG is like 40% on catch/shoot. What if all his 3s were catch/shoot? We’d be demanding a DG bobblehead night
Graham takes bad shots, it is his shot selection that is the problem. We don't need Graham chucking contested 3's before the offense is set taking away opportunities from Zion. Nothing he has done has shown he will suddenly only take good shots.

Billy had a PER of 23 btw. As well as like 19 pts and 15 boards per 36 mins.
Just saying we gotta stop using these numbers when evaluating bigs. All of their PER’s are above league average of 15.
Not saying Bamba can’t be a fit, but let’s pump the brakes for a second.

PER is known to be a flawed and meaningless stat metric. Another shitty Hollinger creation

I'm unconvinced that Bamba is a better player than Jaxson, though maybe he's a better fit for our roster. And if we don't have $10 million in the 2023-24 season for Jaxson, then how do we have that money for Bamba?
I'm on record as favoring getting rid of Jaxson, but I really don't see Bamba as a significant upgrade.

I'd say Bamba is better currently.
Not really sure what Jax does well other than be 7ft tall and athletic.
