Seriously he throws it up way early in the shot clock when he can get that same shitty shot late in the clock. Ball needs to try to be Jason Kidd not Steph Curry. He needs a good coach (not Alvin) to get him to playing optimally. He’s quick and passes well drive and make plays and only take open threes.

It's the system. If we had more actions I think he'd feel more comfortable. A lot of his shots tonight are just like "well idk what to do so frick it"

I mean I can see what Lonzo should be trying to be as a player, what scouts seeing potential saw, but instead he is currently this grotesque manifestation of all his worst traits, seemingly given a green light by Gentry.

This is what frickS me off about Gentry. You can complain about his rotations, his plays etc, but his discipline is non existent.
If I had a guy like Gonzo on this team jacking up 3's I would bench the Mother fricker!!!

He’s a good passer and fast enough to get to the goal which opens up the rest of the court. Wish we had a coach who would point that out to him.

And with his improved FT shooting this is a no brainer, but instead he is being allowed to play like he is Steve Nash mixed with Steph Curry.
We honestly should be neck in neck in this game, perhaps still up, if Lonzo hasn’t killed nearly half a dozen possessions with his poor shot selection and flow killing
