It's not that we're losing games, it who we are losing to and how we're losing.

I don't give a frick about the regular season. All I care about is how we do in the playoffs and this team has the floor of a play-in team and the ceiling of a 2nd round exit.

That's not acceptable for me.

One of the biggest reasons Jimmy is so good. Imagine Ingram with an actual good coach. Willie is the best coach Ingram has ever played for.

Butler was pretty damn good in Philly, Chicago and even Minnesota. Coach Spo is great but Butler is a great nba player in his own right.

Yeah no.
Again, Jimmy Butler has 10 seasons with a better PER than BI's career best PER

Butler is a complete player who usually guards the opposition best players. I think comparing BI to Butler is weird.

I mean I was clearly talking about this year.

If Miami offered Griff Butler for BI straight up. You guys really think Griff says no? (I mean he might because he’s delusional about how good BI is- but he shouldn’t)

Jimmy brings certain intangibles to the game Ingram doesn't and can effect the game without scoring or assisting. Ingram can't do that. And Jimmy's teams made the playoffs so he could go off and even further his mystique

No matter what trades we do or don’t make as long as BI and Zion are our stars we won’t go far. They just aren’t good enough. They are letting down a pretty damn good supporting cast that also has assets to improve.

Just imagine if AD and Jrue had these supporting guys. Heck even CP3 and David West.

They're allowed to play a full season before you can decide that.

We have a pretty good shot at 50 wins this year and these takes get posted.

To be fair I think hes saying to be a contender. They’ll make the playoffs and might even win first round if they get the kings. But hard to see this team going any further.

Do you think Cleveland, Dallas, and Sacramento are good enough to be legit contenders?

You can’t really sit there and say to yourself that Zion and BI can go toe to toe with the best players in the league can you?

Because that’s what the playoffs are. Depth doesn’t mean shite. It’s all about how good your best guys are. That why the 04 Piston are the only team in decades to win a title without a top 10 player

We need a trade similar to Haliburton for Sabonis.

Hopefully we get the Haliburton in the deal.

But we need to move Ingram imo.

Find another team with a good player who just doesn't fit

The only guys out there are Dejounte Murray and Lavine. Maybe DeRozan. Im not sure Griff would trade BI for any of those guys.

I might urge Griff though to cash in his picks and just get Lauri. Overpay if you have to in my opinion.

No, but crazier shite has happened in the playoffs, for instance literally last year when the Lakers and heat, both lower seed teams, went on a run

I would hope not. They're both worse than Ingram

Lakers have Lebron.

Heat had a crazy run for sure but playoff Jimmy and Coach Spo are just on another level.

I just dont see anything close to that on this team.

In the first round, sure. But the cream pretty much always rises to the top after that.

Two teams with superstars, including one with the second best player of all-time. Doesn't apply to us.

Only one I can think of is KAT if the wolves flame out in the playoffs. I hate KAT, but it solves our long term center problem, we’ll shoot more 3s and Trey can start. Again I hate KAT though
