We didn't "give up" on Josh Hart, or NAW, or Dyson -- we traded them for players we thought would be better.

Exactly why we should keep Missi

Don’t think anyone can argue with what you said about Missi. It was his first year and to be honest i saw glimpses of a really good player in the future. But, Kessler isn’t worth that at all. 2 years ago? Maybe. The value on him was because he was extremely affordable. I’m not giving up that package for Kessler who is solid but not great then extending him.

At the very worst Missi can become of the best off the bench Centers in the NBA and that's something we also haven't had.

I changed my mind about Herb for Allen. If this is talking about Murray/ Missi/ 1st for Kessler then I'd rather just take 28'/ 30'/ 32' (if necessary) and get Allen without including Herb.

We don't have much to lose and worst that happens is we now have Herb, Allen, Zion, Murray, etcc as trade assets. Healthy that's atleast 6+ 1st coming back.

Looney will probably retire in 2 years after this contract. I watched a lot of GS last year and he’s physically basically done.

Yeah, looney isn't even the same looney from 2 years ago. He has slowed considerably.

Do we actually know that Allen is available? I don't think that he is.

I wouldn't give any assets for Kessler unless he was on a very team friendly long term contract already

Heck no, not for Kessler, Missi is better right now. Rim protection is the only area Kessler may have an advantage (slight). Missi defends better in space and importantly has the ability and quickness to drive like a wing offensively to score.

I would literally riot if we made that trade.

Well, it's impossible now, because Utah has already traded John Collins to the Clippers.

Good. Now we can put this silliness to rest one and for all.
