I don't think that anyone is getting fired or traded until Griffin has the chance to see what the team looks like with Zion playing. That's also, by the way, why I don't think that they will keep Zion on the shelf more than another 10-12 days -- Griffin needs a good-sized sample of play to make judgments before the trade deadline.
