Resigning Boogie would be the beginning of the end for the rest of the league

We were truly starting to gel with him and it is unfortunate that the injury occurred. The only silver lining was it forced AD to take that last mental jump and he took it.

The great flapening is upon us sons. Be ready.

Why would we make him resign? I can see us wanting to re-sign him, though.

I kind of think a 85-90% Boogie might be better for the team than a 100% Boogie. Now that AD has seemingly taken that final step, Boogie being less than 100% makes it clear whose team this is. And a 90% Boogie is still better than pretty much every other center in the league.

A couple of years ago Boogie and Tyler Ulis 5’9 140lbs, nearly came to blows during a pick up game. Year Ulis signed with UK. Booker was with Ulis, advised him to agree with Boogie or leave, “cause he was awful big and I thought he might be crazy” ??

I wish so much Boogie was healthy, we would have presented some matchup problems for teams. I hope his rehab works well.

Don’t worry Lester Earl will trot in here to call you a fool and tell you that resigning Boogie will ultimately send the Pelicans to Seattle

If he’s demanding a max contract, I’m not sure how we make it work money-wise and keep the rest of the pieces. We’re still short one very good wing from competing for a championship.

I wonder if Boogie would have never got hurt, would Niko have ever came down. Obviously if you have to choose you take Boogie 10/10. But I want both on this team next year going forward.

As long as he ain't dribbling out front and starting the offense I'm all in. Maybe the injury will allow him to focus in the post and pick and pop.
