Precisely, they are two different things. The players need to play disciplined basketball, you don't necessarily have to be a disciplinarian to get players to buy into a structured system.

I agree.
You shouldn't need a drill sergeant to coach professionals and get them to do the things necessary to win. Do your job or get fired. Every profession is that way, or should be.

A guy who has come up as an up and comer and is being mentioned for Chicago is Ime Udoka. Yup the former player.
He was with Pop for several years and has spent this past year under Brown with the 6ers.
