I don't even think the board is anywhere near meltdown after most losses. think we all we prepared for a loss tonite
Posted on 12/15/13 at 9:47 pm to Gtothemoney
I think some of yall have poor effort confused for lack of talent and tired legs.

Playing Denver in the altitude may have had something to do with it. Plus, they're better than us.
If healthy, I like the Pelicans' chances even in Denver. But this is right.

True. It's not so bad. Only thing I'm saying is Denver is a tough place to play, and we've been playing well lately.

shite, if you were expecting a loss tonight against an injured Denver team whose backcourt is < the pels, don't even show up for the next 3 games.

In Denver I never expect a win. And while we been playing well against bad teams we still haven't beaten a team over .500....that's kinda crazy this point in year

We have some problems to address but our talent isn't the issue. Maybe we lack certain skill sets due to injury but talent isn't one of them.

I was expecting a nice effort if anything for your reason. 1st game of a statement roadtrip, not looking good.

I made a thread were I predicted we'd go 0-5 on this swing.
All I am saying(not sunshine pumping, I incapable of doing that) is, we've been playing well. These next 4 will tell us a lot.

With AD out it is.

The big win @Memphis was a headturner, but other than that, we've been absolutely destroyed by SA, OKC, and LAL in our other big road games this far.

The team just looked out of sync altogether tonight. Hard to feel anything either way when it was a very apathetic game on both sides. We just can't get by without Tyreke, esp. against really good frontcourts such as Denver (Arthur, Hickson, Mosgov, Faried).

I guess you don't see guys like Evans, Holiday, Anderson, and Gordon as talent.

Not so talented down low.

not to mention gordon's arse got blocked by robinson and shat on in general
Posted on 12/15/13 at 10:05 pm to MrBlue105
Gordon played pretty terrible tonight.

Trade the fricker for an actual SF and if AD can't play C in the future, package ryno and EG togeteher for a nice new heavy backbone of a SF + C. We're basically in win now mode while waiting for guys to develop and EG to feel 100%. I'm tired of it.

No they played hard.
Refs were hard on us like the altitude was.
Can't wait to see the team fully healthy. Hope it happens for a good stretch of the season.

Welcome to 2013. Get abused by the premier post player on teams as well as the likes of Jon Leuer, Taj Gibson, Jermaine O' Neal, Kyle O' Quinn, Jordan Hill, Enes Kanter

To be fair, Jon Leuer is pretty much nutdragging da league.
