Mark Jackson is dumb. I guarantee if Lebron goes out for an extended period of time and AD has to be the guy, the lakers would look like shite.

Lakers committed like 8 fouls in the last 45 seconds that weren't called

2 total free throws for Ingram and Zion. Where's the guy that kept saying these 2 are near the top of the league? It's a completely different story on the road and it's been pretty consistent outside of the Miami game.

Zion has 9 attempts at the rim
you can't tell me he was fouled ONCE

3 ft to 20 ft

but the issue: 14 TOV to 3 TOV

At some point Van Gundy has to lose his mind and get a tech. Maybe go Bobby Knight or something.

Exactly. That's why those far off Laker picks are valuable

Actually what will happen is if the Lakers get up big, the refs will even up some at the end after the game is essentially over. It's the NBA way. If we keep it close, we'll get no calls and then the apology letter tomorrow.

There really is no defending that. Not when BI and Zion are clearly getting mauled inside and have two FTA between them both

the refs blow. the turnovers are infuriating

but the worst part of this game is that kira is back to glued on the bench as we watch a 1-eyed bledsoe who 100% wont be part of our future

Zion is 7th in the league in attempts per game, Ingram is 9th

So the conspiracy is they don’t get calls on the road except in MIA?

Zion gets to the line at almost double the rate per FGA on the road vs at home

I’m thinking the frustration Detroit fans felt is real. Van Gundy has a serious case of the Monty’s: Refusing to give younger players an opportunity because he has an irrational trust in vets, even when they continue to disappoint.

Very much feels like the season Monty refused to elevate Bellinelli and Thornton above Willie Green on the depth chart because “vet leadership” and a bunch of other nonsense that amounted to choosing the worse player over the better ones.

Only because you're counting that outlier game which will never happen again on the road this season. You can't defend this shite.

Does Schroeder remind anyone else of Kira Lewis? I think that can be his floor in the league if given playing time man
