Another dub. This squad would sweep OKC in a series. No problem.

Unfortunate that they let Willie stick around going in to the season. A couple of wins that we missed out by keeping him could have really put this team in the play in race.

Yep, but this team is a top 8 seed with this version of Dejounte for the full season. No team in the west looks unbeatable outside of maybe the Thunder. The Nuggets just lost to a gleague Grizzlies team where Jokic had 10 turnovers.

Fears and Queen along with Yves will be the reason we make the playoffs next year. They've got to be dudes coming off the bench that kill 2nd teams

Queen? You mean the guy who had four turnovers and plays no defense in just over 15 minutes tonight against a team that sat their three best players? That Queen?

Why does it feel like we've been saying that for like 5 straight seasons now?

If [insert player name here... typically Zion] was healthy all season, we're a top-4/6 team in the West

Because our key players have missed significant portions of the season for multiple years in a row? Zion has been healthy past 2 years but he was the problem child before then, BI missed massive chunks, Dejounte tore his Achilles, Trey and Herb have both picked up injuries that kept them out extended periods. It’s ok to call a spade a spade and say we’ve had some awful injury luck.

Queen's development has been severely limited by Zion playing 700 games in a row while trying to secure his guaranteed money.

If he doesn't injured himself and have a proper preseason for sure he will be better next year. And if he adjust like Fears (who was moved to the bench bit earlier) they will be a very dangerous against other benches. Especially if we can replace Hawk and Poole with proper shooters.

Not sure about Queen. I hope he progresses, but he has gone backwards faster than anyone would expect. His defense is nuts. He just looks like he does not understand basketball on that end. Even on offense, he seems to be frustrated that he is not running the offense. He makes some really dumb passes (last night one late into 3 defenders) and just gets lazy.

No, Queen's development has been limited by his laziness, lack of athleticism and basketball IQ (which was supposed to be a strength). He seems disinterested. Teams figured him out quickly,

Poole has so much talent...his handles, passing and shooting. His BB IQ is so low it is crazy.

So strange how some 7 footers look so much bigger than the others, like Lopez and Embiid

We won!!

He didn't have a training camp, started the season injured and it is the 1st year for him playing against proper bigs.
Let's see how he will be next March/April before judging him. If we keep DeAndre I am more optimistic than not that he will develop the right attitude and become an average defender.

That's three 'ifs' in three sentences.

My eyes tell me all I have to know, I don't need any 'ifs'.

DEFENSE!!! DEFENSE!!! DEFENSE!!!
