Really wouldve loved to see Hampton on this roster. Honestly idk what kind of future pick they will get but it's most likely some sort of mid first round pick as Griffin and co. wouldnt have lost any value in terms of perceived future talent...But honestly I think Hampton is one of the best and most undervalued players in the draft and really wanyed to get him at this pick, wouldve been a straight steal in my eyes. But you have to trust the process I suppose. In any terms....the future of pels basketball looks extremely bright indeed...

Eh, I’m indifferent for the most part but Hampton’s upside isn’t something that falls like that every year, and I think given Denver’s strong scouting history, there is a pretty good reason they made this move.
Exactly what I was thinking. Nuggets have the best scouts in the league. And it seems like they always drafting super high potential players and it seems to work out most of the time. Maybe we should have renegged on the trade and kept him for ourselves.

And Didi is the superior defender.

If we kept RJ, could we have just made him stay a few more years in that league to develop like DIdi? Maybe let him come back when he’s 21 and not as raw.

You been drinking again bruh?

No. The player has to agree and Hampton ain’t agreeing to that.
We wanted the future pick. Y’all think Griffin has nothing up his sleeve for the future of those picks?

I would hope so. The future picks we acquired are all from pretty good teams with a solid future. Outside of the hornets, it looks like we sent picks away for future picks of equal or lesser value. Definitely seems like he is using them for trade ammo

We have Milwaukee’s 2027 pick. Giannis will have won 2 ‘ships with the Lakers by then.

I ment our draft day trades. Denver, and Utah will most likely not give us a very good ROI for what we gave them. Especially sending the 9th pick in the second round for a future second rounder that will definitely be in the second half of the round.
