Haven't heard of that. I need something different next year, I'm paying $80 for at&t now on top of my $100 Hulu Live just to watch.

We got Cox gigablast plus the minimum cable tier to get Bally sports for $129 a month. Got free HBO max, Starz, and two of the other premium movie channels for 2 years. Cable is SO much faster than ATT and it never cuts out. Only live TV I am using is for the Pels. The prices and specials vary by address so YMMV.

Why don't people just buy League Pass and Chromecast it to their TV?

You can get the Joel and AD broadcast and only pay for what you want

Stop paying for shite you don't want to see. There's too many options out there

Hmm. Is that wireless or do you have to have a box?

They aren’t exactly legal but I can pull it up on my LG Oled through the browser or any computer and it’s true HD and never had a technical issue

It was started by an old Reddit Bballstreams streamer

Given what you are paying just to watch Pels it would potentially make sense. I was in a similar boat with my travel

If you live inside the New Orleans media market, you can't watch any home games using League Pass because of blackouts. You can use a VPN and spoof your location to somewhere like India, but that's understandably more work than some people are willing to do. If I could pay $350 per year for all Pels home broadcasts and all the national broadcasts, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, there are literally no options like that. I either pay for a full cable package that I don't want or need, or I stream every game.

Blackout issues poised the problem for me.

Then I have to pay for a VPN to get around their location blackouts.

Hehestreams was ultimately cheaper and less hassle.

I've got a 1st Gen Chromecast which is about $20 on ebay and works amazingly well

You just plug it into an HDMI port on your TV. It's slightly bigger than a Dongle

Without James Johnson, we’d be down by 15 now. Guy makes tons of heady plays.

It blacks out Pels games. I'm in North LA and am closer to Dallas than N.O., but they still blackout the Pels.

Yep, you have to get a VPN and set it to a different country and then buy League Pass. It's a bit of a work around but it works. And it's way cheaper

Welcome to the club of using Brandon to trade for an actual 2nd star. I mentioned it last game and most people lost their minds.
I started a thread about his 4th quarter struggles and how bad he is in clutch time...got hammered also

Yea I use the Roku on all mine, pretty much the same thing, been doing it for years. I love it. I'll never go back to something with cables.

I’m starting to sound like a guerrilla marketer, but hehestreams does give you the option of home/away/National feed for every game.

That was honestly a tipping point for me because I can’t stand listening to lost other team’s broadcasters.

I might have to look into that. I also hate listening to away broadcasts, and I don't care enough about the rest of the NBA to watch full games of other teams. If the streams are consistently at least 720p with not a lot of lag, it would be right up my alley.
