Eric Bledsoe lowest trade value is right now. He's also from Birmingham, Alabama...maybe he wants to move closer to home?

His value really isn't sky high right now and not many need PGs or are willing to give a pick(they tried with CHI/DEN)

I keep seeing Asik mentioned, but why would anybody trade for that guy?

What teams could give a better offer?

Almost every team in the league. Outside of the pick, that is a crap offer.

I hope something else is in play here. Jackson and jrue are an awkward pairing.

How many need starting PGs and would burn a first on a player that has risk(but great upside) like EB?

The rest is really just salary matching

The pelicans have no really good assets to trade besides the first round pick to be honest, but I don't want them making a move just to make a move. Trading for Reggie Jackson and his albatross contract is not the answer. We need a defender and a facilitator if we really moving jrue to the 2 and reggie's neither of those things.

the only realistic way someone would take on Asik, is if they want to get rid of a player thats way overpaid (Reggie Jackson, Wesley Johnson, Brandon Knight), if a team is rebuilding and just wants picks, or if a team no longer has a need for a player and wants a return (Jeremy Lin).

Jeremy Lin's not really worth a 1st round pick. They take on Asik and boom they get a first round pick and maybe even a 2nd rounder.

Exactly, he is actually worse crap than our crap assets. Jackson is Detroit's Asik contract.

The last thing we need is a player with knee issues being treated by this training staff.

I don't know how much we can blame Stan for Reggie's knees hurting him and taking away the best part of his game.

So KCP just signed with the Lakers - to me that makes a Lin deal less likely or maybe they want to move him more so to allow more PT for LeVert, Russell, Kilpatrick, etc
