Landgon thanked "our international scouting group" who "identified him [Didi] early this past season" when Langdon was with Brooklyn. I'm curious if he was thanking Brooklyn's scouting department, a 3rd party service, or if he brought some guys over with him from Brooklyn.

I love the fact that Josh Hart sent a text to all the guys welcoming them and they already noticed the family atmosphere that Griff has preached on so heavily. It’s so nice to see the FO worried about building the culture first over winning, because the Wins are going to come for this team regardless. We got guys who want to win and prove themselves.

Langdon is a great talker as well and feels like such an amazing person to have under Griff. He speaks with that same conviction that Griff does.
I can’t tell listening to these two if:
We have a top flight front office
Or
Goddang our previous regimes were dumpster fires
Or
Both
Not even gonna try to compare Griff and Co. to others around the league when you realize just how out of our element we were.
Interesting lesson in only scratching the surface, even if you pay attention to all the personnel moves of other teams, watching Griffin/Langdon provide an impact beyond their personnel moves. Didn’t even realize a GM and EVP could instill a culture and atmosphere. I thought the top in “that starts at the top” started at the coaching level.
