I think one of the issues last year that turned out to be perhaps the biggest reason for the downfall was the team and BI's teammates were not happy with the toe injury/missed time and when BI found out this he was not happy with them.
Have they been able to communicate and get past that? I don't know, but that's the type of stuff Willie is up against and why he has to be as much a psychologist as a coach.
