You have to take account filling out the rest of the roster. If you take into account the use of the MLE and even just use min players plus stretching Asik you're right at the tax line. You'd have to include Ajinca which I doubt Orlando would want with Vucevic, Gordon, Biyombo, Zimmerman on the roster already

I would do Beverly and Redick for Jrue in a heartbeat, but not sure how that would be structured.
And obviously, I don't think the Clipshow would be interested.

I wouldn't bring him in outright, but with Beverley it's a no brainer
Redick is a dynamite shooter, one of the best in the league and is a darn good defender in his own right. Beverley is All-Defense and is damn good from corner 3

I don't think a S&T involving Redick would work because I think he'll be gone by the time the Clippers figure out what they're doing. If they keep Blake they try to retool, if Blake goes they blow it all up. I like Beverly, especially on his contract, but I'd rather Fournier than Redick.

Oh, me too...but I think Redick is more "getable" since we would move Jrue...
Otherwise it's Holiday brothers and do what you can to get Beverley here which I'm also good with.

The Rockets made it work because CP3 had a player option that he could pick up.
