I am starting to lose hope in Henry. All he does is drive and he sin't very good at it. His shooting isn't even halfway decent and that's supposed to be his strength

Was not discussing his court vision at all or any other basketball skills. If we are both in agreement with the premise that he won't be Westbrook or Rose, and that GAINs can be made, then I don't know what we're arguing about. Because, the main point of the first poster who brought it up, i believe, was that Rivers could better himself, athletically.

Henry is bad at everything, he cant even shoot FT's

Rivers needs to slow down after he beats his man, pull up for a jumper/floater, or dish it off to a big man after you make the defender come at you. Don't try challenging their bigs so much and get hammered all the time.

sheesh, we really can't shoot. It's kind of unbelievable how they haven't even made a deep shot or two by sheer luck.

Yeah definitely. Hopefully he learns before he gets injured.

My point is that he certainly seems to lack the PG intangibles. In order to overcome that and still be an above average NBA PG you need to have exceptional physical skills (i.e. Westbrook or Rose). And we all agree he'll never have that. So if we're making predictions now (which of course is somewhat ridiculous based on 2 SL games), I'll go on record saying he won't be an NBA PG. But isn't that what we do on message boards? Watch and evaluate, then give our opionion?

What do you know, Rivers with 2 knee pads and an arm sleeve.

Now he only needs another arm sleeve and 2 elbow pads

I'm pretty scared about our offense. Sure Gordon can score and create for himself, but I don't think we get many points from the point or the 3.

Our only shooters are Anderson and Smith.

That sideline reporter looks like Fletcher.

Fletcher aggravates me.

That sideline reporter will now forever aggravate me.

Especially if they start helping on Gordon. The good thing about Anderson playing the 5 is we will have an automatic mismatch on offense.

The offense will get there, you know the team will be based on defense.

A double down on Gordon we would need a point or 3 who could hit an open jumper. Which I don't think we have on the roster.

If Rivers or Gordon can get into the lane we need a big who can hit a mid range, which both Anderson and Smith can do thankfully.
