If Naji hadn't gotten hurt, I do wonder if we would have ever seen more than a few minutes here and there for Hawkins.

Keep attacking. Dominate. Be a god damn mvp like he was in December. Lets be honest this version of Zion wont get us anywhere. We cant sit here and make excuses for him. You want to be the best, then take on the champs and take over. Especially in the third.
I’m not mad at Zion for this particular game. 10 rebounds 9 assists and 0 turnovers. The shots didn’t fall and he didn’t get any whistles. The shots will fall, but he needs to keep doing the other things like he did tonight.
What I can’t stand is BI taking pull-up midrange shots all fricking game. He only shot 4 3s and they were all late shot clock when he basically had to throw something up. If he’s not going to shoot 3s then he needs to be traded. Trey will gladly start in his spot and shoot 9 3s a game and make Zion life easier

Missing Trigga, Jose, Herb for a quarter, CJ, and Naji and expecting to beat the defending champs only missing Murray is crazy

Where the frick was Zion when that lead was going down to nothing? Thats when your superstars step up, like he was doing last year.
Literally getting fouled. But no I do not think this is Zion from December. I think he’s still getting his legs under him and re-getting the feel of the NBA after being out so long
He looks like he’s actually putting in effort though and I have faith he will return to his level from last year
To me right now BI does not look like he’s putting in effort at all

Agree on BI. Like i said frick BI lol

Everyone is talking about Hawkins and rightfully so but really good games from Matt Ryan and Dyson. Dyson has strung together 3 straight good games.

Full of excuses. Anytime you have both BI and Z and your role guys play exceptionally well, there's no reason you should lose.

Dude I mean I get what you’re saying f but can we be honest about that lead?
It was the Pels on 69% from the 3 and 60% from the field.
That was never going to be sustainable. Never. So yes we did have a big lead, but it wasn’t from playing insanely better than the other team it was just from shooting the shite out of the ball

Dyson has been good and we might need him even more. Lets see if Herb gets on the injury report, I know he came back but lets see what happens after the game.

Nah dude, he was incredibly involved on the offense getting guys moving, setting screens, etc. He was also super active on the glass. I really don’t think I can complain about his effort this game

The truth of the matter is Trey is quite literally the perfect pair with Zion. Which is why we should not get rid of Zion

When your shooting better than the other team, you’re playing better than them. We should have took advantage. With our top two guys and with them missing Murray, this shiuld have at least been a close game down the stretch. It wasn’t even that. Thats fricking ridiculous.

Exactly and Zion has the far higher ceiling between him and Ingram. That’s why BI needs to go

Sometimes
Yes Hawk and Ryan got a lot of open looks but they also made A LOT of contested shots. Again, that was never going to be sustainable at that rate

I’m coming around to it. But what do you get for him?

That was never going to be sustainable.
In less than 2.5 quarters, we gave up 93 points. Why are we trying to excuse that?

Nothing Griffin will be happy with. Griffin is a greedy motherfricker lol

What? They sustained it. The problem wasn't the role guys. It's crazy that you keep scapegoating them.
