Not really. There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's basically the NOLA Werewolves. Not terrible considering most people wanted an aggressive mascot. Someone needs to be fired for putting Mosquitos on the list unless their goal is to sell Pelicans.

If you look at the Applicant, this is to be owned by the NBA and the team, not Benson. Also, trademarks are registered in specific industries/lines of business. There are a few applied for here like Basketball Shoes that probably aren't part of Benson's baseball related Trademark filing.
