I know the official injury is neck/shoulder, but it really looks like he has zero lift right now.

Those one handed gliding dunks are gone. He's getting outboarded big time. His feet look slow on D.

He's logged 0, 6, 0, 0, 4, 0 in his last six games.

Like Jose, it looks like he's trying to fight through his injury, but it's clearly limiting him.

Might be time to shut him down for a few weeks to get right. Bad timing but he's not effective right now.

I agree. He has looked terrible since coming back from injury.

Need him rested and ready for the playoffs. Start Hayes and give Billy more playing time. Might end up with a few extra regular season losses but having Nance's switchability on defense will be huge come playoff time.

I thought Aaron Nelson was too careful with BI and Zion ?
I don't think Nance is injured. Why would the staff be less cautious with Nance lol ?

I think some guys are willing to play through pain like Nance and Jose. Others like BI, won’t.

Based on how the injured guys who fought through played, maybe it’s not such a bad idea to keep our guys out until totally healthy.

Larry isn't a cornerstone franchise player. He's played in more than 42 games twice in the last 7 seasons before this one. It seems like he misses a lot of time most years and if he had a history of missing more time then he might not have a job.

I don't say it to call him out because by all accounts he's a tough dude that has played through many injuries and even chronic things like Chrohn's disease.

They are super cautious with lower body injuries that can lead to other injuries from using bad mechanics and favoring the good side while supporting all a players weight. They seem pretty open to playing players with upper body injuries that have little risk to leading to another injury.

Larry looks like he is playing with one arm. Hell, he barely get his arms above his head sometimes. He is no good to the pels without his neck and shoulders healed up. Sort of like CJ wasn't any good with an injured hand, sure he was available but it was obviously messing with his shot.

Honestly, sit the injured guys and play the best healthy players. There are lots of games and we have some solid back ups.

This. I love Larry but in his current state, I'd rather see Billy.

I don't think this is the only staff open to playing players with upper body injuries.
But yeah i understand.

You make excellent point about the timing of this. We need not only his presence on the floor, but his leadership. What we need on most of all is far our stars to get right so we don't need him as much between ASB and playoffs
