Beasley is in as an expiring deal for matching purposes. He’s also a guy we could easily cut and not give a shite about.
This deal is in the right direction but, as mentioned upthread, LA needs to be making calls to see what they can do to cash in on some of these assets like Ball, who has already said he won’t play in New Orleans.

Yes, would have to have them to match salaries..
Ball would have to be redirected to a 3rd team, either Phx, Chi, or Orl for their 1st (depending on the player returned)

Seems like Lakers are trying to add Phoenix into the mix for Lonzo. So hope we can get Phoenix 1st. Wow that would be a huge win for us.
